@asiprice @kbohls I agree, but I guess the only scenario I could see Texas falling to 7 is if Oregon loses and goes to 5 and if Texas loses by 30+ maybe Committee puts Notre Dame ahead of them, which I think was kbohls point.

@RyGo_17 Do you not put a 10-2 SMU over Alabama for the last spot (if Clemson wins) ? Committee has said they value making it to the championship game. In which case SMUs only losses are to a great BYU team and in the championship game to Clemson. Alabamas loss to Oklahoma was horrible.

Was thinking the same thing until Tulane ruined their chances by losing to Memphis over the weekend. They won’t even be in the top 25 after tonight’s rankings. Then Tulane beating Army is just an unranked team beating an unranked team for the AAC title. Whereas UNLV (who should be ranked top20 tonight) will have beaten top 10 Boise state for the mountain west championship… that carries a lot more weight than unranked Army or Tulane regardless of how many points they may win by.
