@AirportIslander@MyTake2017@jackcalifano@grok , how many venues does live nation own around the United States and how many are considered to be large venues that medium to large acts perform?
@AirportIslander@MyTake2017@jackcalifano The band is getting paid up front in most cases. The ticket company owns the venue. The ticket company makes money on all merchandise and concessions. The ticket company sets the pricing Mr just lowers it if it doesn’t sell at certain venues.
Imagine a comp plan based on 1 million people living 128 million miles away within the next 25 years and wondering if the company responsible for this would be worth 1.75t in the near future. They have at least a 10 year head start. It will be much cheaper to pay them than it is play catch up.
I didn’t suggest that. I said they did have money because they did . Her father sold the company to her and her ex. She owns part of the company. So she had money. She has expanded that wealth according to reports by quite a lot while in office. Buying stocks mostly like a lot of them do.
