Life in Canada...
A 6 pack of sausages, some deli meat, and a brick of cream cheese: $35.
Receipt says I "saved" almost $13.
So full price was almost $48?????
Is this real life?
@MarkJCarney said to judge him on grocery prices.
OK. I'm judging: life without parole motherfucker!
525,000 asylum claimants in Canada right now.
Maybe if we brought everyone here, we wouldn't need to send so much money abroad!
Thank you Liberals.

A father in the UK discovered his daughter had been kidnapped and was being abused by a Pakistani grooming gang.
Desperate to save her, he went to the property where she was being held.
Instead of helping him rescue his own child, British police arrived and arrested the father.
This is the same pattern exposed in the grooming gang scandals for years: authorities prioritizing political correctness, “community relations,” and fears of racism accusations over protecting vulnerable British girls.
The victims and their families are abandoned while the perpetrators are often shielded.
This level of institutional failure is unforgivable.
The Liberals knew about the terror networks in Canada.
They let terrorists in. They weakened the laws and the penalties.
Canadians are paying the price. And nobody in the government has any answers about any of this. Absurd.
A privacy expert told Global News the Liberals' push to fast-track the bill and limit debate was "staggering" and "astonishing."

Albertans are being told not to notice that the most insane court rulings in each province are being perpetrated by judges appointed by Ottawa.
Independence would fix this.
🚨Labour confirms ID requirement at device level - VPNs useless.🚨
By forcing Apple and Google to verify age at the device level during phone setup…
Keir Starmer’s government isn’t protecting kids — it’s building a surveillance infrastructure.
The OS itself will restrict platforms like TikTok, Instagram and X, making VPNs largely useless because the block happens before any traffic leaves your phone.
🚨Once every device carries a verified age profile, authorities gain an easy route to identify users through legal requests to tech firms.
This is digital ID by the back door, sold as child safety.
Classic Labour: expand state control first, ask questions later.

Politicians shouldn’t be treating used Civics as their cash cows.
Every MP who says they care about affordability has a simple way to prove it: Pass Bill C-285.
Good on MP Andrew Lawton for introducing this tax cut!

Tonight in the House of Commons: The government shuts down debate on Bill C-9, a censorship bill, using censorship.
C-9 is hollow symbolism. It does nothing about the real, documented rise in hate crimes this Liberal government has let fester and embolden.
You don’t fix broken policing with speech policing.
And you sure as heck don’t silence the debate on it.
One car. Three sales. Three GST bills.
The same vehicle, taxed again and again, just for changing hands.
@AndrewLawton’s Bill C-285 will end the GST on used vehicles. 👇
The Carney gov is as vindictive as the Trudeau gov.
I’m old enough to remember when gov scientists claimed that they were being prevented from publishing papers that differed from the gov’s policies. The public was outraged & it was part of the narrative that helped defeat Harper.
Where’s the outrage now that a senior bureaucrat has been fired for daring to speak about the odd public anti-Trump, anti-American military procurement policy which ignores countless examples of sole source contracts with US arms manufacturers that are reliant on US software & satellites to work effectively & only focuses on the F35 purchase?
Why can the Liberals fire people for not toeing the line but the Conservatives were branded authoritarians for supposedly holding back some papers from publication (note there was no huge number of scientific papers published by gov scientists after Trudeau was elected)?
