My ancestors were great people. Without them, the world would be an immeasurably darker, more wicked place.

Never again let entitled actors who known nothing about anything browbeat you into feeling shame for your ancestors.

Britain, and Western civilisation, are the greatest expressions of human flourishing in the history of the world.

Be proud of the ancestors who fought and toiled and sacrificed for that.

Don’t ever be ashamed of the greatness of our inheritance.

The story of the Cumans is quite epic indeed.

They were crushed by the Mongols at the Battle of the Kalka River.

A few decades later, however, the Cumans (in the form of Mamluks) would have their revenge at the Battle of Ain Jalut under the leadership of Baybars (who was of Cuman origin).

The moral of the story is that the Story is not over until you admit defeat.
