@dominos Dominos, idk what’s going on at this store but please just close its doors. After Gerald never showed up for an 8:25pm order
Just refund the order. I would do it with your store but I’ve been on hold/mute ??? For 24min. So it’s not happening.Gerald chronicles ends here I guess

[Buddy Fernz @alexx1291]

@dominos 57mins and counting. And yes I submitted a customer service request to the bot

Dominos Store #4586 order 1749

Got told “don’t worry about it” when I called the store to see why it’s late and driver marked as delivered when nothing is at my door

[Buddy Fernz @alexx1291]

14min and counting in complete silence. They came off of mute a couple times, then put it back on mute.

And yes still no sign of Gerald.

Gerald can enjoy that 8:25pm pizza

[Buddy Fernz @alexx1291]

@dominos Someone picked up; no answer..just placed it on mute. Just sitting on the phone together in complete silence. All to just cancel an order

[Buddy Fernz @alexx1291]

@dominos 11:32 PM more than 3 hrs after original order. No sign of Gerald. I picked up my own order after 10Pm while Gerald was leaving the store as I was walking in (not at 9:25pm by whoever I spoke to). Sitting on the phone unable to still get through to cancel the order.

[Buddy Fernz @alexx1291]

@dominos 11:00pm still no sign of Gerald.

[Buddy Fernz @alexx1291]

@dominos Hey Samantha,

I got the email with $10 off next time but at this point, please cancel my order. Idk what Gerald doing but he’s gonna have to bring that 8:24PM pizza order back

[Buddy Fernz @alexx1291]

@dominos Blows my mind that, I was able to go to the store, get a pie made (with an extra one) drove back home and Gerald still isn’t here. Keep in mind this order was placed at 8:24

[Buddy Fernz @alexx1291]

@dominos It’s 10:32. The order that was remade for me that I PICKED UP. STILL NO SIGN OF DELIVERY DRIVER GERALD.

[Buddy Fernz @alexx1291]

@dominos Here getting a pie “remade” for me. I shouldn’t have had to do this in the beginning. At this point just refund me and close this store. Phone ringing off the hook, 4 people here.

[Buddy Fernz @alexx1291]

@dominos Maria and Perla,

Case: 8489542

I left my pregnant wife at home to drive to the store.

Total time it took me to get here: 5min

[Buddy Fernz @alexx1291]

@dominos Maria I already submitted a form. I can’t event get in touch with your store and it’s been an hour and a half.

[Buddy Fernz @alexx1291]

@TheMundaneTweet @dominos You too? Been almost an hour for me as well . Marked as delivered and I called the store and got told “don’t worry about it” @dominos the hell is going on
