this guy is nothing far from the reality “idiots” On June 29th, Spain’s Supreme Court ruled that hot returns — those quick pushbacks to Morocco without any legal process — can only happen to people who climb over the actual land border fences. If someone swims around the barriers or arrives by sea, authorities have to follow the normal immigration procedure instead, which takes way longer and gives people more rights. Word spread fast on social media that swimming might be a loophole, and thousands took advantage.
