E.g. after Southport people were charged with offences related to inciting violence as a result of posts online. Freedom of speech does not mean you can say anything you like without consequence.

But new mums who are terrified and exhausted don't know what to do for the best. Absolutely dreaded feeding #2 because #1 had such a rough start.

@drruthannharpur @KirstieMAllsopp In my sample group of 1... breastfeeding was so painful, I was bleeding through my shirts, baby was readmitted via A&E with 12% weight loss, dehydration and jaundice. Got discharged but still in significant pain, went privately for a TT and improvement was almost instant.
