Alice Cook

Olympic athlete, trail blazing sports gal and proud mom. Still skating and keeping my head up in the neutral zone. WBZ, ESPN, Turner Sports, Boston College.

@KathrynTappen Deplorable is exactly right. I held myself to high standards my entire career. It was tough back in the 80's, and I strived for professionalism. This sets back female sports reporting 30 years.

[Alice Cook @alicemcook]

Is it me, or is this game getting boring? All those fans that traveled to Germany are not getting their money's worth. (so far). #Patriots

[Alice Cook @alicemcook]

Bill Belichick actually smiling answering a German reporter's question. The question is, will he still be smiling after the game. #Patriots

[Alice Cook @alicemcook]

If you have not seen Bill Belichick's tribute to Dante Scarnecchia at the @Patriots Hall of Game ceremony- find it now. I had no idea the coach had actual comedy in him. Absolutely hilarious. I may not sleep tonight.

[Alice Cook @alicemcook]

@kguregian I never in a million years thought Bill Belichick had this in him. An actual sense of humor!!!

[Alice Cook @alicemcook]

@bigjimmurray We are watching rotten apples.

[Alice Cook @alicemcook]

@jtomase I remember. Ghosts of Tony Eason.

[Greg A. Bedard @GregABedard]

This game is freaking brutal

[Alice Cook @alicemcook]

Did Brady just kiss Robert's head?

[Alice Cook @alicemcook]

@JoeyMurr Looked like he was giving Jonathon Kraft a talking to.

[Tom Morgan @TMorgan985]

Brady in the tunnel waiting for his halftime ceremony

[Kevin Paul Dupont @GlobeKPD]

Eagles, 10-0.
Brady spotted on Route 1, driving away from Gillette.

Happy birthday to our buddy @RochieWBZ - a guy who is legitimately as good a human being as he sounds. #APD #GetYourFreeSlurpee

So much fun to be a guest on #UnAnchored podcast with two all time great Boston sports personalities, Bob Lobel and Mike Lynch. Lots of juicy stories on juiced baseballs back in the day and much more.

Proud to say I once hoisted Lord Stanley's mug. WBZ sent me out to Colorado in 2001 to cover @RayBourque77 when the Avalanche won it all. That is ESPN's Steve Levy behind me. He got a photo too. (that thing is heavy!)

[Alice Cook @alicemcook]

Boston knows how to do celebrations when our teams win..which has been often through the years. Sadly, Denver does not. Sad and disturbing. #Nuggets

[Alice Cook @alicemcook]

@RochieWBZ @EricTosi @DavidCGoucher @GoldenKnights @wbz Way to go @EricTosi @DavidCGoucher. So fun watching the celebration last night. Happy for both of you and Bruce Cassidy.

[Alice Cook @alicemcook]

The #NESN crew is doing a remarkable time filling time during this rain delay. Some fun and funny stuff from the on air crew. Way to go boys. @redsox @tomcaron

[Dan Roche @RochieWBZ]

I know much of the former Bruins focus is on Bruce Cassidy, but want to send along former Bruin PR Man @EricTosi and Voice @DavidCGoucher on winning a #StanleyCup with the @GoldenKnights - So happy for two good people! @wbz

[Alice Cook @alicemcook]

@RochieWBZ @TedLasso I also cried last night. Especially when they wrapped it up with the song "Home" from the Broadway show #TheWiz. It's been in my head all day. @TedLasso
