@FlyRwandAir This is how @FlyRwandAir treats members of their “loyalty” program “Dream Miles” by telling them they are going to do absolutely nothing to get a new flight arranged even though it means missing a connecting flight the next morning. Worst airline ever, solidified.

@FlyRwandAir is the absolute worst airline on earth this is the 10th time they’ve cancelled a flight last minute the day before! They give a # to call to rebook that doesn’t work, don’t answer emails, and leave a loyal customer in a very bad situation missing subsequent flights!

@FlyRwandAir @FlyRwanda is the worst airline on earth—the 10th time they’ve cancelled a flight last minute. As a travel writer/tour operator I recommend everyone avoid them. Flight cancelled, given # to call that doesn’t work, will miss flight on Thursday. BS customer service.
