@RICKLIN4TH@bmj_latest@scarlettmcnally We’ve only just adopted ‘doctor in training’ instead of junior doctor as proposed by NHSE. The key consideration should be that doctors feel valued. Referring to them as trainee or resident can have both advantages and disadvantages. They are all doctors whatever their grade.
