The new Dietary Guidelines call for prioritizing high-quality protein, healthy fats, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains—and avoiding highly processed foods and refined carbohydrates.

I’m all for supporting people who are unhoused or experiencing homelessness, but it does feel a little strange how some individuals only seem to show up during certain seasons.
Not this new predator documentary trying to spin predators as sympathetic ‘good people.’ Yes, they may need help — but that does not excuse the choices they made. Actions have consequences. Don’t rewrite the narrative to make them seem perfectly sane, harmless, or morally sound.
It’s not surprising to me that a court case in which parents were awarded $300,000 in a judgment for a vaccine-related infant death has received virtually no media coverage. Cases like this are extremely rare, largely due to the legal protections surrounding manufacturers.
