Reasons to love road racing part 125
In 2018 @MCUImedics paramedic @alimac53 suffered life threatening injuries in a collision with a race vehicle that left him confined to a wheelchair.
In 2019 he returned to Armoy to complete the lap unaided. Moving scenes!
All the final donations are in and counted up. The full total including the donations via just giving page + gift aid, along with the coffee day amounted to £6,715.30 for @TeamTBEX thanks to @PMcCMotorcycles and @TheGBswhatwhat and everyone who donated and supported the event!
This weekend, the @sciencemuseum’s new #MedicineGalleries opens.
Among the exhibits is the first bicycle used by Tom Lynch MBE, the founder of our @LAS_CycleTeam.
In 2000 Tom introduced a single cycle medic unit covering the West End. This was his first bike.
@SeamusMullen34 @DocJohnsMum@MCUImedics@paramedicciaran These guys are real hero’s, their humble and modest way of working was truly exceptional and inspirational to so many medical professionals. Pioneers of pre hospital medicine, so many people alive today thanks to them.
