@edinhelp @edinhelp can I have an update, please? The trees were meant to be collected 2 weeks ago.

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@edinhelp what’s happened to the Christmas tree collections on Ocean Drive? Piled up since the first supposed collection on 28/12 and still there now after the second supposed collection today

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@edinhelp @edinhelp any update, please? Piles of trees still sitting in the middle of January is getting a bit ridiculous

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@edinhelp Hi @edinhelp any update, please?

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@edinhelp Hi @edinhelp. Ocean Drive has now been collected but the pile on Geissler Drive remains. Can you arrange for it to be lifted, please?

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@edinhelp Thanks, Lewis. Geissler Drive is the same, could you request that too, please?

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@TramstoNewhaven @EdinburghTrams any idea? The rope has now been removed and it is wide open.

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@TramstoNewhaven Hi! Can please you confirm that there is plans to remove the old electricity box (currently secured with a rope) from Ocean Drive now there is a new one next to it?

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@TramstoNewhaven the temporary surfacing at the junction between Ocean Drive, Victoria Quay and Melrose Drive needs resurfacing, vehicles mounting the pavement to avoid potholes

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@DVLAgovuk Hi, can my partner apply to renew her license with a cheque in my name? She dopes not have a cheque book

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@BritishGasHelp surely I shouldn't be having to chase you for bills/corrections every month? in 3 months since joining, I haven't had a single accurate bill and this month, i haven't had one at all.

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@edinhelp how do I speak to someone by phone about a Council Tax refund? I have been emailing for 6 weeks but have received no acknowledgement

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@BritishGasHelp you cancelled an engineer visit on the morning of the visit. How do I claim the compensation?

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@CatLivesey Saved my Friday night ❤️

@AmazonHelp Thanks very much . The order was "fulfilled by amazon", so I should be okay in that case?

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@AmazonHelp Please can you read my tweets and reply again with a response to the question asked rather than a generic, irrelevant message?

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@schuhHELP Really disappointed with this, I've tried multiple browsers, multiple devices, multiple cards owned by multiple people and @AskKlarna still declining payment

[Ali MacKinnon @Alimackinnon0]

@schuhHELP I've tried on 2 devices, both cleared cookies etc with cards belonging to me and my partner and still getting a "payment not approved" error...
