@easyJet utterly shambolic customer service… again. Flight times changed significantly & online chat agents claim they can’t help. Flight changed for outbound flight over 3 hours, inbound flight 2hrs 40 & both impact on travel plans but as separate bookings they won’t help amend

@BBCHughPym please don’t forget the forgotten workforces. Practice nurses working in GP surgeries are unlikely to get this uplift - they are rarely employed under agenda for change t&cs. A crumbling, unrecognised workforce - this is only going to make the situation worse.

As a training ACP in general practice in south manchester there is minimal structured education & appropriate content focussed on primary care to safely upskill is with support. I look forward to hearing how this develops & hopes it happens soon!
