Every generation of Palestinians has been offered the same choice presented as a new "peace process."

Accept less than the last offer.

Sign a document legitimizing what was taken.

وجاءت الفتوى في جوابٍ صادر عن مكتب سماحته، ردًّا على استفتاءٍ تقدّم به جمعٌ من المؤمنين، إذ أكّد (دام ظلّه) أن من يرتكب هذه الأفعال المخالفة آثمٌ شرعًا، ويكون ضامنًا لما يترتب عليها من أضرار في بعض صور المسألة.

وأكد جواب الاستفتاء بأن: "لا ترخيص في مخالفة القوانين والتعليمات الصادرة من الجهات المختصة، وعلى الجهات المسؤولة توفير السبل البديلة للتخلّص من تلك المخلّفات المذكورة".

ودعا سماحة المرجع الديني الأعلى الناس إلى التحلّي بالحكمة والمسؤولية تجاه أمر يرتبط بمصالح الجميع.
