@theo Seems like ChatGPT desktop app is now Codex/Work first, with the “chat” part of it being an afterthought, existing as a little pop up, with all chat “Projects” gone, no more deep research, and you can’t select the model when you use chat.

@predict_addict You can’t really compare a quantized 35B-parameter distilled model to the likes of GPT-5, Gemini 3, or Sonnet 4. Also, that 50 TPS will drop sharply as soon as you have anything meaningful in the context. Open models are impressive, but they aren't quite there yet.
