@StandardBankZA I have DM'd my contact number. I've now been waiting in line, in the same spot, for an hour now and would like to get a call from you within the next 15min. This is absolutely appalling and ridiculous service. There's just 5 people in the line, can't be difficult to serve us!

@StandardBankZA Can you please get your Enquiries Consultants at Maponya branch to assist customers. Been in the queue for 40min and no one in the queue has been assisted. The bank is even closed and we are still waiting in line!

@StandardBankZA This is a generic response and doesn't address the real issue. What I need assistance with is service hence I came inside the branch. Please get your Manager to address his/her staff immediately so we can all get help and go home. Please!
