1. Excellent trial conduct with vital status missing in only 0.6%

Patient prescribed home milrinone by outpatient MD admitted for cardiogenic shock. Optimized hemodynamics with NTP/transition to GDMT. Now discharging stable OFF milrinone on BB, ARNI, AA, and SGLT2i. Friendly reminder that #GDMTworks and to refer to a advanced HF specialist!
