@Connexxion what's up with bus 346 yesterday? Bus to Haarlem 16:18 from Zuidas screws around @ VU stop, reversing 100m in tram line, not letting customers in. Bus from Raaksbrug-AMS 21:08 driver is hostile yelling at passengers, not letting them in, doing aggro announcements 🥴

@KLM do you guys fly to New Zealand anymore? Was trying to book flights but there seem to be no flights between now and December? Although other websites (e.g. Google Flights and Skyscanner) still propose KLM via Narita.

@KLM I logged a claim luggage lost by KLM for 6 days on 02 Jan. Last update by you on tracking website 02 Feb, after which no news. KLM customer service phone for bookings say they can't check, queued at claim/luggage line 3x in March for 1h and no one picks up. Where's my claim?

@KLM I left my notebook yesterday on the plane (AMS-VIE). Small thing for most, but it had priceless notes and memories for me. Is there any way I could still retrieve it, or does it just get binned? (e.g. Could it maybe be at Vienna Airport lost and found?)
