@Miley3089 @ABTAtravel @lastminute_com There is a section to explain the background of your complaint. I think within 2 weeks of submitting the complaint ABTA emailed to say complaint forwarded and 24 hours later I got a call! Crazy that this is the only way to get a response ! Good luck

Thank you @ABTAtravel for forwarding my complaint against @lastminute_com ...contact made by them within 24 hours and FINALLY I have my refund! (Well less a deduction of some kind by LM but that’s another story !!

So I went into the ABTA website and there is a section to make a complaint ...it’s a straight forward step by step process...i had to upload screen shots of proof of my trying to contact them ..eg the emails ,IG private messages etc which all bounced back
