I'm chairing a @SenateAging Committee hearing on Housing Accessibility and Affordability for Older Adults and People with Disabilities. Tune in: https://t.co/5p9K5xX1Pz
Honored to get to work on housing issues for older adults and people with disabilities.
The VITAL Act has been 15 months in the making… proud of Chairman Casey and @SenateAging 🎉
Too many older adults & people with disabilities can't find safe and accessible housing. That’s why I'm introducing the VITAL Act to ensure we ramp up accessible housing development to meet the need of these communities. 🏘️

Here in PA, We Take Care Of Our Own — which is why I need you to #GOTV for the 22 (Taylor's Version) midterms. Polls are open until 8PM (10PM in Luzerne County)
It's going to be a long night watching results come in, so I made an #ElectionNight playlist to help get you through.
I joined @Sethrogen, @IamLaurenMiller, @sarahgrafferty & @aijenpoo this morning to discuss the state of home care in the United States and the need for a generational investment in that care. Seniors and people with disabilities deserve to live independently in their communities.
ABLE allows ppl with disabilities to save money beyond the 2k cap. It helps ppl plan for the future & save for: 🏡, education, health, 🚗, assistive technology & more.
In a country like USA nobody with a disability should be forced to live in poverty & fear building wealth.
The Inflation Reduction Act will allow Medicare to negotiate the price of drugs and cap out-of-pocket expenses at $2,000 a year.
It's a game-changer for seniors.
