@TUIUK could you tell me why you have changed the flight details to look like it was not delayed more than 3 hours? Original flight should have been 20:15. We took off 23:38 and landed at 01:30. Over three hours delay?

For no other reason than staff error, last Wednesday, 6/6/20, @btbusinesscare completely disconnected my business phone line. 6 days later the line is still not restored. I provide end of life care to those in the community, now more than ever, our service is needed
@JBTraining2011 Thank you. It was an awful time and so worrying. BT and the corporate account manager just didn’t care. Unfortunately posting on social media was my only option to get them to do something about it
@MadeiraViolet@btbusinesscare After 6 days, and only after posting on twitter and LinkedIn was the phone fixed. It was such a stressful@and worrying time. All sorted now thankfully. I hope your situation is sorted quickly for you
@btbusinesscare Hi Angela, yes 6 days later my phone line has now been reinstated in full. I will bear in mind that should it happen again I should post on Twitter and LinkedIn sooner!
@btbusinesscare @OpenreachHelp please look into my previous tweets. You surely do not understand the seriousness of not having a phone line. Somebody could potentially die alone today and you are at fault
The Corporate Account Manager is doing very little to help me. Where do I go from here? If anyone is looking to BT for business support I would seriously consider your options. If they cannot provide a service to a front line business, especially in these times, think again
