Road to get away from him i was that terrified. From 2:45pm til 7:15pm my heart rate was 141 bpm, shaking, had a panic attack as well the first in months. Had to use my inhaler to breath. Now at 7:25pm im at 80 bpm and have calmed down a great deal but still feel sick
