@OctopusEnergy hi there, can you explain why this EV smart charge has not fully adjusted the cost? The first half hour and the final hour are incorrectly displaying at peak-rate. App confirms it was a smart charge delivering 12.72kWh.

Planners say the same for 1523 and 1553.
No reports of issues on the Arun line, so will I reach Billingshurst?

@OctopusEnergy do you have a timeline as to when you'll support Enphase EV charger in Intelligent Go? I have an Enphase Solar/Battery set-up and Zappi charger - no way of stopping battery drain when charging my cars. Enphase EV charger would solve but not compatible with tarrif!
@British_Airways is there a problem with your app? Checked in for my flight but being sent on a circular journey when trying to download PDF or add to Google Wallet. Neither are working despite getting a message (for PDF) that its been downloaded when it hasn't...

@KitchenAid_UK my Artisan kettle that has recently stopped working. Out of warranty you - won't repair it. Diagnosed the issue - a simple copper connector has fatigued. Temp solder proved my theory but too weak for long-term fix. How can I get the necessary spare part from you?
@SouthernRailUK what's happened to the promised shuttle between Billingshurst and Horsham? Over an hour, and still zip. One came down the line with the message that it was turning around to go back up, but it left never to return. Zero meaningful updates received.
@Beeloyalist@SouthernRailUK Yep. Arrived at Three Bridges minutes ahead of the 08h10 Thameslink service, only to end up running 15 minutes behind it by the time we'd left Gatwick. Southern services from the Arun line are always sacrificed for Thameslink.
@OctopusEnergy when should I see a smart EV charging session correct to the right cost? App currently showing a session for Wednesday 4th Feb at peak-tariff. Subsequent days have corrected. This was a smart session (I almost never bump charge).
@SouthernRailUK Any luck getting through? No change here, and no announcement to say if any other part of the train has heat (let alone an acknowledgement of the lack of warmth).
@TLRailUK and @SouthernRailUK have been repeatedly failed commuters lately. Depressingly, I sit here on another delayed Thameslink service from LBG knowing that I've incurred a default 30 minute delay for missing my Southern Rail connection to BIG. We deserve better.
