@adamsilverhq This is the exact issue my team have been looking at and it’s really difficult. The most recent trend is to have a hamburger overflow but there’s no “standard” way to handle this scenario from what we’ve seen
@Channel4 your app on AppleTV is broken. Selecting anything to play doesn’t work. Tried rebooting. Also on Sony TV your app crashes each time it tries to load the ad breaks. Trying to watch anything is painful
@HiveHelper Hive lightbulbs - when switched on at the wall they appear to go into manual mode instead of schedule mode. Is there anyway to change this?
@HiveHelper Yes the scheduling works fine. The issue is when you turn it off at the wall and switch back on - it defaults to manual mode instead of scheduled mode.
@sainsburys can you reassure me you are fixing the app and website? It feels so fragile on a regular basis but when customers have 11pm deadlines to check out by, it’s very inconvenient
@RoyalMailHelp you’ve sent me 2 updates to my 48 hour tracked parcel. Each time you’ve sent it to the wrong sorting office and now it’s in Bournemouth. I live no where near there. How can this be resolved?

@ediemmill As soon as you become a parent you realise exactly this. Just because the owner says the dog is friendly it doesn’t really matter if see a large dog running off the lead straight towards your baby or toddler.
@Pampers_UK Thanks for your reply. I understand how the app works fine - although the bonus points system is overly complicated. I’m just providing feedback as a parent. The new thresholds are too high to give me any incentive to use it.
@Pampers_UK some feedback on the new Pampers Club app - It’s very disappointing. It’s stacked against parents and having size 7 requiring more points than size 6 is not great. The new thresholds are too high too. Not great for parents.
