@British_Airways why in Dubai as a business class customer can I not use the BA lounge and it a terrible 3rd party one. I top of terrible flight experience out this is unacceptable for the cost of a ticket

@etihad I booked a specific flight to get the 787 business class today from Abu Dhabi to Delhi however turn up and it’s the out of date horrible 777. Why do you do this so frustrating especially frustrating for someone who flies lots with you
