@RealJamesWoods One sided politics, no compromise, no empathy for others (even within our own borders) is not American. No need to respond with your views that those qualities are signs of weakness. That playbook is old & tired. When you stop drinking the kool-aid, we’d love to welcome you back.
@ErikaDonalds@PressSec@EDSecMcMahon True if a fair system. Fed gov gave loans to kids that could never be repaid because of how they were setup, one could only afford to pay the monthly interest. Loans turned into life long shackles. Schools are also guilty, given free reign to raise tuition exponentially!
@PressSec@usedgov Fed gov has completely restructured student loans. Students are not the ones responsible for paying for their college education anymore, it’s all on the parents. This problem will disappear soon. Good luck to those still trying to pay their student loans and their kids education.
@PressSec@usedgov Why? Because fed gov gave loans to kids that could never be repaid because of how they were setup, one could only afford to pay the monthly interest. Loans turned into life long shackles. Schools are also guilty, given free rein to raise tuition exponentially!
@PressSec@NPR @SecDef This is what a bully on the playground sounds like when they’re trying to deny accountability. Put down others to try and gain some sort of misconstrued higher ground.
Chaos. Syracuse football fans storm the field after their team takes down Miami 42-38.
The Orange were double-digit underdogs against a top-ten Hurricanes squad.
As far as I know there’s only been 6 Dwyer HS lady golfers to play in the FL State Champ, 2 of which are in this picture from last night’s long drive competition. @GabiPowel (‘17) was the competitor while @Elimelise1 (‘24) & Coach Emily were there to cheer her on. Go Gabi!
District Championship today. Ellie and her teammates played great despite the 30mph winds. It was so windy Ava had her ball blown off the tee mid swing. 2nd place again, good enough to send the team to Regionals next week.
Amazing finish today to her final reg season of HS golf. A little sad but ever so glad I was there to see it.
It hurt to see her miss hit her 1st tee shot. She never gave up, bogeyed the hole. On the 9th she just missed a 15’ birdie putt but ended with 40 and was medalist.
