A Palestine solidarity convoy traveling from Bosnia and Herzegovina has arrived in the Turkish capital, Ankara, as part of a large cross-border campaign in support of Palestine.
The convoy includes more than 500 activists and supporters from 20 countries, who are taking part in the international solidarity initiative before continuing their journey.
Today, Gaza buried 112 members of two families — Al-Hasayneh and Abu Sharia — whose remains were pulled from the rubble of homes destroyed earlier by Israeli airstrikes. The funeral came during one of the deadliest stretches of Israeli bombardment in recent days, proof that the #GazaGenocide has not ended despite ceasefire and deal announcements. Israel’s plan has not changed since 1948: the mass expulsion of Palestinians and the complete ethnic cleansing of Palestine.
A fetus in the rubble. Their bombs incinerate mothers with babies in their wombs. Remember the “40 beheaded babies” and “babies in ovens” lie? This is what they do every single day, even after the “ceasefire”.
Abdul El-Sayed:
“AIPAC and Israel are not the same as Judaism and the Jewish people.
I love Judaism and I love the Jewish people.
The most dangerous thing is expanding antisemitism to include criticism of Israel.”
He is absolutely right!
la plupart des journalistes qui nous montraient en direct ce qu’il se passe à Gaza ont été tués par Isr*el alors qd vs tombez sur ne serait-ce qu’une seule vidéo c’est important de relayer au maximum !!!
Israel is raining white phosphorus over South Lebanon.
Sparking MASSIVE fires that are burning heritage olive groves and pine forests in Yaroun and Arnoun — landscapes that carry generations of history.
Israel is a menace to all living things.
Today, Gaza held its largest mass funeral ever - over 112 bodies that were only recently recovered after months of being under rubble were laid to rest.
And today, Abdul Rahman El-Syed won a significant victory in Michigan - a victory that has already sent shock waves through the Democratic and Republican parties, and is reshaping conversations at every level of American politics.
These two news items are not unrelated. AIPAC and its allies spent a staggering $65 million on Abdul's opponent, precisely because they wanted to continue using our taxes, our weapons, and our veto power to finance their genocide against Palestinian families. Let that sink in: AIPAC spent $65 million to secure one nomination within the Democratic party for one potential Senate position. And ...they lost.
For countless voters, this campaign became about more than a single candidate. The results today, after the last two years of brutal genocide in Gaza, and after decades of their racist Apartheid rule, put beyond doubt the reality that Isr@ael and its allies have simply lost any and all credibility in the eyes of average, hard-working, tax-paying Americans. Today's outcome reflects a surging demand among many Americans for a foreign policy that is shaped first and foremost by the interests, values, and conscience of the American people. It became a statement that no lobbying effort—foreign or domestic—should outweigh the voice of ordinary citizens, and no aid should ever be given to kill innocent civilians. The support of a candidate by AIPAC is now, finally, deemed by large segments of our country a liability, not an asset.
The dignity, courage, and perseverance of the people of Gaza in the face of occupation, massacres, and war have shaken the foundations of an entrenched establishment whose moral authority has steadily eroded. We look forward to a future defined by justice, not complicity - a future in which our country does not bankroll foreign wars and atrocities, but rather offers better services to its own people.
Palestinians in the city of Lod in occupied Palestine bid farewell to Sami Ja'sous after Israeli occupation authorities released his body following 35 days of detention.
Ben Affleck's mother Chris Affleck passed today. I was unaware of her longstanding activism for Palestine. Now his disgust and revulsion at genocidal Zionist Bill Maher and Sam Harris's deranged racist Islamophobic rants makes perfect sense. RIP, you raised a good son.
