@Vitality_SA I went to Babies R Us yesterday to get my baby bag and the code isn’t working. And when I tried to call you I kept getting disconnected while selecting options / waiting for an agent… so I’d like someone to call me back and help me. Voucher issues are ongoing with you guys..

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@Vitality_SA is there a reason calls keep cutting off? I’ve tried calling multiple times and never get to speak to anyone. My vitality baby voucher code isn’t working. Can someone please call me and fix it??

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@MTNza I purchased 30GBs 10 days ago and I’m already out of data… but your app says in the last 30 days I’ve only used 17GBs…. Please explain??

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA what is going on with your loyalty vouchers??? I had 3 vouchers all no where near expiry and now 2 are just gone???

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA Yes my card was used as I had a voucher on there that I used on Friday. So card was definitely used to get that voucher

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

Hi @WOOLWORTHS_SA can you please explain how your goals work? I had 2 spend goals which I’ve done - I shopped clothing on Friday for over R1000 and a grocery shop on Sunday.. one goal is saying expired and the other hasn’t been awarded.. how long does it take to award?

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@ToysRUs_ZA hi. I’ve tried WhatsApp and Instagram with no responses. Your 1st purchase discount code isn’t working.. can someone assist?

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@Vitality_SA Any feedback?

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@Vitality_SA hi, where do I input this code on the Poetry website? It expires today and it’s not working…..

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@Vitality_SA Done thank you

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@CityPowerJhb 3 full days without power isn’t an ‘inconvenience’, it’s completely unacceptable!!! Do better!

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA I don’t want generic emails sent to me. I asked for someone to call me today to resolve this! Why is this so hard? Surely as a loyal customer I shouldn’t be struggling this much

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA hi, what is wrong with your online shopping platform?? Been trying since Saturday and I can’t get past pay now’. I’ve been online with chat twice but no conclusion yet.. tried the app, iPhone browser and laptop. Nothing works

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA I’m still waiting…

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA Got given this reference number - 46315117
Can someone escalate this?? I’ve asked for a call back. Let’s see if it happens

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA This is not on! Been on chat twice with different people- another ticket logged and I’m expected to sit around and wait another 48 hours?? Where’s the service??

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA Hello?

[Ali Whiteside @AliWhiteside]

@WOOLWORTHS_SA I’m officially losing my sense of humor. Day 4 and still not working. I’ve lost an item out of my cart and the delivery date has also moved out now too… I know a ticket has been logged but how long do I have to wait?
