@ASOS_HeretoHelp hello! at what point is it acceptable for your courier to sign for a parcel in my name when I’m not even in, and put it in a “safe place”, being my wheelie bin?!! @Hermesparcels

@Nordstrom @GoBorderfree I’ve just ordered shoes from yourselves, but I chose size 8 but order says 8.5, could this be changed on my order?! It’s being prepared for shipment!

@SAS Still no case ID, still no refund, still unable to rebook flights.

[Alix @alixmccurry]

It’s now April and @SAS are still yet to refund tickets that were cancelled 6 months ago within the 24 hour grace period. Still out of pocket and unable to rebook the journey and let down by the airline. Numerous calls and still no resolution 😞

@weepammyc Everyone thinks I’m Irish in England 🤣

[Alix @alixmccurry]

@Avis @AvisUK Hired a car from you today, but unfortunately wasn’t given the car requested, despite booking with avis for that car. The car I have been given is not nice to drive at all! Can I return the car and swap it over? First time hiring with you, and have been let down.

@UrbanOutfitters hello! I have a big issue with an order placed with your uk stores. I’ve contacted customer services to query as no tracking number was given. I’ve been sent the wrong tracking and customer details, including bank details. I’d like a response ASAP.
