@O2 Yes I have. Ticket has been closed TWICE with no one contacting to update me. I was told the number would be back by now and it’s not. How can you allow someone to edit my contract without verifying it is me?

@O2 you allowed someone to buy an eSIM on my account to steal my number, access private accounts and steal money from my bank. 3 days later I still don’t have my number back. IP address of fraud activity appears to be the same as your head office. Will you investigate this?
