He charged the family ₹20,000 to perform the removal surgery.

He streamed a YouTube tutorial to guide himself through the procedure.

Lacking any training or qualifications, he made deep abdominal incisions and cut multiple internal organs and nerves, including her small intestine, stomach, and esophagus.

The woman died the following day due to severe internal trauma and pain. The culprit fled the scene immediately after.
