@MBonvoyAssist Things wrong @HoustonMarriott no heat, bathroom not clean & we requested throughout our stay 2 clean w/no avail, iron was bad & we requested other iron & it was bad 2, room phones were not working. Rooms were 2 cold & it was very difficult 4 my wife with her condition. VERY BAD
