You can now open any Markdown file with ZenNotes, even outside your vault. Double-click a .md anywhere (or run zen open file.md), and it opens in a full editor with live preview, plus one-click "Move to Vault."

Claude’s Mac app is super slow, especially when you first open it. Claude agrees and even suggests using Chrome or Safari and adding it to your dock. Can’t someone over there ‘vibe code’ a native app for Mac? Why did they even bother with the electron wrapper in the first place?
