I feel like this video should get wide dissemination so regular Americans can understand just how 🦇💩 crazy our law schools (and the legal profession more broadly) actually are.

The dude on the right is Samuel Moyn, a respected, tenured professor at Yale Law School.

One of the tenets of most forms of totalitarianism, including Marxism and Naziism, is to destroy the family as the basic building block of society and replace it with the State.

Moyn is suggesting that parents should not have the right to speak for their children, and that third parties--presumably those chosen by a government led by evildoing "experts" like Moyn--should speak on behalf of those children instead.

This is not a new idea. Hitler embraced this idea. Stalin embraced this idea. Mao embraced this idea.

Yet this is a respected professor at what is generally considered the premier law school in the USA.

We have a deep and troubling problem in America's legal profession, and we must find ways to reduce the power and influence of lawyers generally.

I say this as a lawyer myself.

The end game of all this taxation is 100% seizure of everything. That's not fantasy, it's fact. Income taxes, billionaire taxes, unrealized capital gains taxes, and the holy grail BLANKET ASSET TAXES (yes this is real they want to tax things you own that aren't even in profit), are all steps on the road to the communist dream: NO ownership. Your entire life RENTED from the system. Trapped in the digital panopticon. Monitored with a social credit score. DEHUMANED at ANY MOMENT you are seen to not be in service of "The current narrative" (whatever it is at the time). The complete dehumanization of the human spirit. Spiritually and biblically buck broken. A world run by Satan. A world for the machines. For the soulless.

Dozens of Duke University academics signed a letter declaring the lacrosse team guilty of rape allegations made against them by a black stripper. When the prosecuting attorney was disbarred for misconduct based on his conduct during the trial and the NC attorney general declared the accused to be innocent and the accuser was incarcerated for murder and later admitted to have made to all up on camera, none showed an ounce of repentance, all went on to distinguished academic careers, none documented a flicker of remorse or suffered a hint of consequence for their reckless act.

People freaked out over this and that was a little gay but the underlying judgment was entirely reasonable

Zohran is not charismatic, what people mistake as charisma in him is anti-charisma and indicative of a deep and profound cultural rot. Finding him charismatic is akin to finding a sex-doll beautiful, it shows you have no sense of a sacred concept once thought to be a universal human experience. A sex doll can be hot, and can even be styled and positioned to make for a gorgeous photo- but it can never be beautiful, as an object or as a person.

True charisma is largely dead and has been replaced with the grotesque anti-charisma Zohran perfectly embodies. We recently saw a great example of genuine charisma in Erling Holland. Holland obviously has a rich and peaceful inner life, respect for something outside of himself, and an unmatched sense of discipline. He oozes virtue despite being extremely humble and low key. He is aspirational lightness, his mere existence inspires awe across the globe.

Zohran is a politician. He is hungry for power, more polished than sincere, constantly forces an exaggerated smile, has a meticulously manicured social media presence and is a pragmatist who says whatever will serve him at a given time then masterfully saves face. He sells himself as The Virtuous Good Guy Ally To All and often tries to overplay his hand. It’s entirely reasonable to say you like him because he is moving the party left and polished enough to be taken seriously in that endeavor, but finding him charismatic is naive or godless behavior. “I think this stripper really likes me” coded.

He is a clever guy and a talented politician, he saw that the left was desperate for an idol who wouldn’t disappoint them and he performs the role well. He brilliantly baits Jews and conservatives to train his fan base into sycophants dismissing all criticism as racism or Zionism/islamophobia. But his primary motivation is very obviously power. He is a talented performer with not an ounce of natural charisma
