@evolumin@Cernovich I had a bad Achilles for 10+ years. An orthopedic friend recommended a balance pad. Stand on it barefoot for 2 minutes per foot 3-4 days/wk and lengthen over time. It worked miracles, I can run, play basketball, etc. He said it strengthens small muscles that support tendons.
@taylorawelch The increase in interest rates has caused people to be “stuck” in their homes. It doesn’t make sense to sell your current home at 2.75% and upgrade into an 8% mortgage. The only people moving are first time, cash buyers, and those forced to move due to transfers, etc.
@Cernovich@elonmusk@pmarca@Cernovich do you know of any measures that would give an indication of VO2 max? Maybe 5k time or anything along those lines? If not, what type of place could someone get tested? I’ve asked my PCP and they basically laugh at me. As we know, they manage sickness not health.
@ufpeterson @BowTiedBull@bowtiedbeehive@BarrettKearns For sure. This is Texas, so it’s oil and oil/gas related businesses (construction, trucking, materials, pipeline, frac, etc). Most oil support is done by independently owned biz’s. There are the Halliburtons, but there are also thousands of 50-500 employee biz owned by people
@ufpeterson @BowTiedBull@bowtiedbeehive@BarrettKearns Def not whole zip codes. The whole town is only one zip code. I’m referring to developments within zip codes. That’s what I mean by micro level analysis. Similar to your comment about on the beach or a few blocks off. Valuations are very granular.
