@contractorkeith I would 100% put an offer in. These are exactly the “scary” repairs I want for leverage. There is a point of diminishing returns based on ARV and the endgame of the property, but there is rarely any condition that would dissuade me from a property that works on other factors.

@N8RealEstate I see one major structural component missing, which I do for similar repairs: perpendicular blocking in the floor joist above each post. Ideally you block 3 or 4 joist bays with post repair brackets, helping transfer lateral shift from the wall and avoid further failure.
