TikTok sued US government at DC Court of Appea, claiming that it is legally, commercially and technically impossible for its parent company ByteDance to divest itself.
I would say: it is actually legally, commercially and technically POSSIBLE to divest, only…1/2

However, a simple legality issue has morphed into one about "GOP wanting to ban abortion" and put GOP on the defense.
However, people have to recognize such change of concepts: the ruling was about leaving states to handle abortion, not about conservatvies banning abortion

When SCOTUS revert the Roe vs. Wade ruling in 2022, it was a constitutional decision that is well founded: the 1973 Supreme Court should never have taken the case, as the Constitution gives no rights to the court to rule on such cases, which should belong to the states.

My comment: CCP (Chinese Communist Party)'s determination and sophistication to sabotage America can never even be underestimated. The suspicion is well founded and is mostly likely true.

Another containter ship lost its power near Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge. If the accident of the ship hitting Francis Scott Key bridge was a black swan matter, then we see two black swans, which is beyond any normal odds. What could be the reason?

As a Chinese American, I watched in utter shock how America is faling to the communists after leading the free world to defeat communists in last century.
It is an unbelieveable comeback by those who were defeated by President Reagan.

Communism is communism. No matter where they are, they share the same gene.
To us who lived through communism, we can recognize it the moment it shows up. But unfortunately, most Americans cannot.
I cannot blame them either, as you don't know what you do know.
