Small things you can do to help the NHS a lot:

- Don’t go to A&E for things that aren’t emergencies.
- Don’t go to the GP for a cold.
- Buy paracetamol/ibuprofen (VERY CHEAP) instead of asking for prescriptions.
- Don’t be dangerous and reckless in general (eg: drink driving)
