1. Please make a more customer friendly error message. Ideally the page should validate complexity requirements before customer hits submit.
2. Customer service should know this and not just say the "site is down" and "we can't help you."

@GetFreeBTCsOrg @Poloniex I'm also having the same problem, funds not transmitted to the blockchain for a BTC withdrawal. The TX ID doesn't seem to exist on BTC blockchain. Ticket #514533. @Poloniex - hope you can fix this soon.
