@bt_uk Yeah they’ve done that already - it’s £86 a month - your same offer to new customers is £28.99. Shameful difference for same service for a housebound elderly person.
@bt_uk just talking with BT about my 90 year old Dad’s account for landline and basic broadband and horrified you’re charging 3x the amount you’d offer new customers for same service - they’d have 3 years at a guaranteed price. Nice way to treat a customer of at least 50 years!
@blinds2go hopeless communication re deliveries - it’s been 5 days of ‘shipper has printed a label, UPS not collected yet’ - why bother offering 10-14 day delivery times when you can’t fulfil. Can’t speak to a human either.
@OneUtilityBill
Have emailed you multiple times over the last month and also sent a letter - just trying to resolve a problem. Not a single response or even acknowledgment of receipt.
@EE I’m in a rental where broadband is included so I don’t have my own account, therefore can’t get through either online or by phone. Can you confirm whether the problem is supposed to have been fixed?
@British_Airways Hi can you give any advice for problem checking in online for flight tomorrow - party of 4 managed to check in 3 people but not the fourth - just comes up error
@British_Airways I’ve just received an email asking me to upload covid pass for Friday flight to Greece but you don’t actually need for Greece now and passenger info says is complete anyway (without it)?
@BBCBreakfast@bbc5live When will a decision be taken about a 2nd jab for 16-17 year olds. Mine had a first jab over 10 weeks ago. Hard to understand the delay in reaching a decision on this given the rise in cases at schools and amongst young people. Communication has been poor.
