LAND OWNERSHIP

NHC DG Abdallah, says Tanzania is missing out by denying foreigners the right to own land and houses. 
He says countries such as Rwanda, Kenya, SA, have freehold ownership against Tanzania's leasehold.
"Celebrities could own holiday homes in Tanzania," he said.
