We have a BIG problem @FedEx @FedExHelp a driving lying about attempting to deliver a package. Person stopped van 200 ft from us, never entered gate & filed they tried to deliver. The person NEVER got out of truck. It’s my 8th wedding ann & that’s my hubs present. We have video.

WTH @ComfortSuites has declined my request for a refund or credit due to a personal emergency. When your grandmother goes into hospice don’t expect any understanding or accommodation from their Batesville Ms. they don’t care about your life they just want your money.

@ChoiceHotels It’s a horrible cat and mouse game that hotel and third party play to not have to refund anyone.
They say you have to approve the request for me to be refunded before they will refund me.
So if you are true to your word, please have the hotel allow my request to be refunded.
