@c2c_Rail I was charged a £20 admin fee to get a replacement smart card, it arrived, app doesn’t allow me to say I’ve received it, go to my local station, no one can help! Yet again I’ve had to buy a ticket to travel despite me having a season ticket, how can this be resolved?

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live Someone I had never met, paid for first class flights, hotel and hospital treatment/second opinion for my daughter to be seen in a hospital in the USA when they found out about her illness here in the UK.
