@AudreyBirt@DrDMacaskill@scotgov I’ve not stopped wearing my mask and have no intent either for the foreseeable and I still carry my hand spray everywhere and I still spray all items of shopping that come into my home and I still change at work and I still got covid it’s gone nowhere 🤦🏻♀️
@YSManson1 @WeCommNurses @CareHome_Nurse @AgencyNurse No such a thing as a nursing home now, care homes that provide nursing care, if your resident is residential then they fall under the care of district nurses I’ve done it my home, we could bill the NHS for delivering nursing care to residents that are residential
@JaimeJMSmith @Bayliss1Rebecca@claracluck@WeCommNurses I don’t think people understand this 😳 I know I made a stand and if a person is residential the district nurses get called in to take bloods dressing etc
@Bayliss1Rebecca@claracluck@WeCommNurses I think you might find that even if they live in a care home with nurses, but are residential then yes district nurses are responsible for their insulin dressing etc as they don’t pay nursing rates they pay residential rates and us managers did make a stand a couple of years ago
@Justacarehomeg1 What a shame I’m still dodging it, have had a terrible two weeks at work 14 staff and 7 residents 😢 it’s never ending hope you manage to@escape it and keep strong and the wee one is ok xxx
@dtbarron@janeeedouglas @YvonneSManson @Justacarehomeg1@scottishcare I’m sure it’s stuff I can catch up with yes but I don’t like not being in front with work, it’s things like staff training well it’s staff training I’m in the middle of doing a plan for this year 🤦🏻♀️, I do however have a multitude of audits and cleaning records and schedules 🤷🏻♀️
