I was 2.5 hours early for my flight, @VirginAtlantic still didn’t get my bag on the flight from SFO to LHR. Finally made it 28 hours later to LHR. I’ve told them many times I leave for Ireland tmrw AM. They’ve handed it to a delivery service and say “they’ll call you.” Gross.

Just as a ending note that no one asked for, chat with @AmericanAir kept increasing the wait time to chat with a representative. I couldn’t stay awake and when I woke up this morning, almost 9 hours in line, I was told I was near the front of the line.
