@StasKhirman@Undeference@JoelWBerry Did you not see what I posted? The lowest concieveable ratio (using arguably biased data) is 2:1. It could be as high as 11:1. These are not "unprecendentedly low" ratios. Again, compare to WWII. See table.
@Baruch_Spinoza9@AP4Liberty The chart actually proves the fact that about on third (or 25k out of the total 75k killed) were under the age of 18 though? I'm not trying to characterize these facts as disproportionate either - although it is a high percentage of deaths.
@Riscooff@AP4Liberty The actions of a few should not excuse the deaths of tens of thousands. We are talking about civilian to combatant death ratios approaching 10:1 vs 0.2:1 in WWII
