@Hoopss She’s not even the prettiest in the WNBA let alone prettiest athlete. Shes not ugly but there are definitely far better female athletes than Angel Reese
@etanthomas36 Angel Reese cheered for a flagrant foul that her teammate committed against Caitlyn Clark. It’s one thing to commit one but to openly celebrate one is unacceptable behaviour
@Swethalittle_2 What this post fails to mention is that she is no longer working due to the fact that she suffered a cardiac arrest resulting in severe neurological damage and is now suffering from locked in syndrome. Tragic
@Ihatewinter2026 Nothing wrong with the decisions he’s making. It’s up to the players to perform. The only reason you fire him is if he’s lost the faith and trust of the players in which case he hasn’t. All the players speak highly of him and love and trust him.
@ScriptTrooper@Ihatewinter2026 Maybe elaborate. Was it because Berrios was demoted to the pen and left off the playoff roster because he was pitching to a 5.63 ERA from July to September? Was it the elbow injury Berrios suffered? Or is it because Berrios decided to walk away from the team? What’s your opinion?
@BrisbaneFollow@TodayJays@Schneiders So you’re ok with Valenzuela getting 6-8 at bats a week as apposed to 15-20 at bats per? While some hitters can develop like that, you have to give switch hitters more at bats. I’d rather play him 5 times a week, even if it’s in AAA, to maximize his development
@Ernesto14_GH@Shraddhaszn01 Please explain why this year, despite playing with more talented players around her, AR’s stats and averages are worse than last year when she was with less talented players. Even her turnovers have increased.
@Ernesto14_GH@Shraddhaszn01 Firstly, calling me names won’t make you right. So call me what you like it won’t faze me. It just shows an amazing lack of maturity. Secondly, I would hardly call last year’s Sky competitive. But let’s expand on that a bit….
@Ernesto14_GH@Shraddhaszn01 Let’s not forget that last year’s Sky went 10-34 with AR as a focal point of the offense and defense. They traded her away for just 2 first round picks and no players coming back. This year they are on pace for a 19 win season and much better stats defensively and offensively
@Ernesto14_GH@Shraddhaszn01 Main takeaways this season:
- she is not a very good 3 point shooter so ATL is not letting her shoot 3’s. 0 attempts this year
- Despite this her shooting percentages across the board are below not only the league average for her position but her career avg’s as well
@cpenn4thewin I think it’s a bit premature to call anything legendary considering she’s been in the league what… 3 years? But the one thing she definitely does deserve credit for is putting butts in the seats thus the Caitlin Clark effect. No WNBA player can boast her ticket draws
@BWelch1943@BluejaysAlways Bo is making $42 million just this year alone and has 2 more seasons on his contract. His slash line is .225/.276/.328. He’s got 5 homeruns, 3 of which he hit recently against an unimpressive Nationals team. He has 11 errors in 49 games this season. I think I’m fine without Bo
@hovah76 Shake your head all you want. I’m not wrong. Am I saying CC is right or wrong? Am I saying that the coach is good or bad? All I m saying is the playing resume doesn’t always translate to how you coach. It’s CC’s job to do the job and the coach’s job to instruct, and adapt.
@hovah76 The resume is impressive but let’s be clear. Your resume from your playing days does not dictate how good or bad of a coach you’ll be. There’s plenty of examples of this in the nba.
@AttorneyCrump@AtlantaDream Angel Reese is the perfect example that stats don’t always tell the whole story of a player. Great, she’s able to achieve double doubles. But omg her shooting percentages are below average for someone of her position.
