SACRIFICE BUNTS BIG FOUR
1) Elbows pointed down
2) Bat & and eyes connected.
3) Bellybutton pointed in direction of intended bunt.
4) Back heel up to allow for knee to go down on low pitch in order to maintain the eyes-bat connection.
This is probably a secret I shouldn’t even give out for free!
But it’s just too good not to share! If you figure this out and implement it with a simple clean Pocket you will figure out why I have produced so many @mlb pitchers and longer careers
Using Medball Throws to Prepare the Athlete for Hitting & Throwing
Medball drills are great for power development. They’re also an outstanding way to prepare the athlete for violent rotations via hitting and throwing.
For us, medball volume is high at this time of the year as most guys are taking a break from intensive hitting and throwing.
By keeping our medball volume high we’re able to train power, without the increased stress of swinging a bat or throwing a ball (much more CNS stress). This also makes it easier for guys once they pick up a ball or bat and start their skill work.
With the 67th pick in the 2024 Draft, the @Brewers select Christian Brothers (NJ) right-handed pitcher Chris Levonas, No. 59 on the Top 250 Draft Prospects list.

⚾️First Varsity Homer = Silent Treatment!⚾️
Christian Brothers Academy sophomore Dylan Iwanyk hit his first varsity HR in the 6th inning of the Colts' 12-2 win at Howell.
As he rounded the bases, the call came in to give him the silent treatment in the dugout - a great baseball tradition!

Night 1, 7th/8th grade swing training program. Coach Marty Kenney Jr using 9oz, 12oz, 16oz weights and light bat for overload/underload training to enhance bat speed and power.
Will Fahey (‘25, NJ) creates some whip working uphill thru it. Connects and drives it for a leadoff single working backside. Nice job getting the barrel on plane with this pitch. @PGMidAtlantic@PG_Uncommitted#WWBAWorlds
