@greateranglia This is ridiculous- 9.54 from Harwich town cancelled so had to wait for the 10.54, you didn’t hold either of the Ipswich trains and now I have to wait in the cold and rain for an hour for a train to Ipswich :( if I got a taxi would it be refunded?

@greateranglia Another passenger stuck here said that she asked the man on the Harwich train this and he said there was no staff at Manningtree to contact :( did not think I had the power to ask myself!

@greateranglia I didn’t no, I’m just asking why the 11.26 MNG to IPS wasn’t held all of 2 minutes so those of us stuck on the late running train from harwich could have made it, and not have to wait an hour in the cold at Manningtree
